Laos Chess Association (LCA) and Laos Chess Federation (LCF) have the honour of inviting teams from cities and towns to participate in the inaugural GLOBAL CITIES CHESS SUMMIT to be organised in Vientiane, Laos, from 27^th September to 6^th October.

The Event is owned and managed by IO Ignatius Leong of CHESS GLOBAL CITIES PTE LTD.
